What MedArmenia does – and what it does not do
We inform, coordinate and organise. We do not examine patients, make diagnoses or give treatment recommendations. Medical responsibility lies with the treating clinic.
- We take care of: initial information, contact with the clinic, obtaining the cost overview, scheduling appointments and, if you wish, accommodation and transfers.
- The clinic takes care of: the examination, the informed-consent consultation, treatment and medical follow-up checks on site.
- You decide: whether, when and where you have treatment – without time pressure.
Good to know before you travel
- Check the German Federal Foreign Office’s travel and safety advice for Armenia for the latest information.
- Many travel health insurance policies exclude planned treatment abroad. Check your cover in advance.
- Let your GP know about your plans and arrange aftercare in Germany.
